🎯 Cone Throwing Target Range | WU-29

Developing the fun/social side of the game can be just as important as developing the technical/tactical side when building your team. This fun warm up is designed to do just that, while also focusing on players dribbling, awareness and finishing. Players will dribble through the "Target Range", looking to avoid the cones being thrown at them, and getting their team a point for each goal they score. After both teams have gone through the range, the team with the most points is declared the winner. The losing team will have to do a physical forfeit chosen by the winning team! ⚽️

⚽️ Dribbling & Finishing Circuit | 76-P2

This technical circuit focuses on developing dribbling, passing and finishing. Players will dribble between the poles, pass to team-mates and finally dribble through the cones and finish in a 1 v 1 with the GK. We have added a progression to incorporate 1-2's, increasing the amount of passes played in the circuit and increasing the need for concentration throughout the circuit. Let's develop strong technical foundations for our players! 🙌⚽️

Developing strong technical foundations are key to improving our players overall game. ⚽️ Build from the Back (433) | 28-P10

It's time to develop our teams confidence and ability to build play from the back in this phase of play practice. Our teams first objective is to beat the 1st line of the press and play into the floater who switches play into either wide zone. Attackers must then beat the defenders in the 2 v 2 using individual skill, quick combination play and teamwork to finish in the mini goals. Developing high quality press beating passing in the 1st phase of play can create great advantages for our team further up the field! 💪⚽️

We begin in the 1st zone with a 5 v 5 +1, with the objective for the team in possession to play into the central zone where they have a 2 v 2 + 1 advantage. 🔥 Evade Your Marker to Receive | 85-P1

Do your players have a problem with losing their marker to receive? This simple practice will focus on further developing this technical skill. Players must try different short sharp movements to outfox the defender and give them space to receive passes. Let's create solid technical foundations for our players! 💪⚽️
