Yes Justin Dean I like the idea.. I'm sure this could be fitted in to get players focused on next phase quickly. 

I think we can run it either way, with the defender committing to make it easier for younger attackers to turn, or having passive defending to begin with to shadow the attacker. 

Hi Scott, great question and one that has come up before. to add into what Dario has mentioned we have a lot of warm ups, but Inknow what you mean you want a specific pre match warm up you can do. Let me have a look into this and get back to you asap as it’s an important one.
