Once a goal is scored or the ball exits play, the players leave the area to recover, triggering the next two groups to start their endurance runs. The session begins with endurance runs, following specific speed intervals: 20%, 40%, 60%, and 80% along designated sides of the area. On the coach's call, a 7 v 7 game is triggered with a ball fed randomly to one team. After two balls have been used (resetting after a goal or when the ball exits play), players get a recovery period before starting their next run.

This pre-season practice develops sprint speed and 2 v 2 game skills, designed to sharpen both physical and tactical abilities. Players are divided into two pairs: attackers and defenders. On the coach's call, both pairs sprint forward—the attackers racing towards the ball and the defenders chasing them down.
As soon as they enter the game zone, a 2 v 2 attack is triggered. The attackers must make at least one pass before finishing, while defenders can counter-attack and score past the goalkeeper if they win possession.
After the attack ends, all players sprint to the corner cones and return to the starting position. Roles are swapped in the next round, ensuring a dynamic and challenging session that sharpens speed, teamwork, and game tactics.
